Every Friday for the last 2 1/2 years I have cleaned my parents house for a bit of extra "fun" money. My stepdad, Dave, works from home and is in and out while I am cleaning and today was no different. Now Dave likes food. He really likes food. He pulled this Nutrisystem meal off the shelf, put it in the microwave and poured himself a glass of milk. He even buttered himself a couple of slices of bread to enjoy with it. He was ready to dig in.
He called me into the kitchen and asked me if I thought that his actual meal looked like the one pictured on the box.....
We began discussing how you eat with your eyes first and maybe this was Nutrisystems way of helping one lose weight. If you took one look at it, you would most certainly lose your appetite. If you were offered it, you would kindly turn it down, saving yourself the calories. I know Dave did, because he could only eat one bite. I was proud of him for even trying. So- What is your opinion?

*In all fairness to Nutrisystem, I did burn a lot of calories from laughing. :)

I remember when she was in SE ward. She was my Merrie Miss leader. She was so nice and pretty. What a tragic story.
